After being awarded his PhD from Oxford University, Dr. Donnelly taught several undergraduate and graduate courses at George Washington University, D.C. before accepting a position to teach Mathematics and Physics at a highly prestigious private High School in Hong Kong.
While in Hong Kong, Dr. Donnelly discovered the need for a premium quality tutoring service and hence, he co-founded and directed Tutors of Oxford, (Hong Kong), which specialized in teaching both American and British students. Tutors of Oxford's reputation for providing the very best private tutoring available, helped the company to grow rapidly. At our peak, we had over forty highly-qualified tutors within our services, tutoring the entire range of academic subjects.
Upon his return to the United States, Dr. Donnelly accepted a teaching position at Western Connecticut State University before moving to New York City to found Tutors of Oxford, NYC.
